Summit Self-Care Sessions

Please see below for our Self Care offerings for the 28th San Diego International Summit

Self-care means being aware of when we are feeling overwhelmed and taking time to debrief with others, or to remove ourselves from a triggering, or overwhelming situation and access resources that best support and nurture our physical, spiritual and psychological needs. Our San Diego Summit will have a designated space that will allow opportunities for self-care and wellness/healing/support throughout the event. The Encinitas Room will be your space for self-care this summit!

As part of our increased efforts to provide space and opportunities for self-care and wellness/healing/support opportunities, we have reserved the Sorrento Room for anyone who would like a quiet place to go and speak with a therapist. Notify any IVAT staff member and they will have a clinician paged to meet you.

Please note that Self Care sessions are not eligible for CE credit
